Milfy City is overrated garbage, and I'll just assume that most of the posts here from 2020 and prior are from people who had yet to play anything better. Which I don't think is a controversial statement anymore, given its 3.8 star rating. If you search all games on F95Zone by weighted ratings (the higher the rating, the closer you are to the first page of results), you won't find Milfy City until you literally browse all the way down to page 46.
Also, all of the options in the original pole are for mommy incest specific games, where the 'Hottest Mom' in question is the protagonist's mom. Meaning this is a pretty myopic take on 'Hottest Moms' or MILF's.
So I'm going to share some of my favorite sexy older women who are not related to the game's protagonist, but are nonetheless canonically mothers before any sexiness happens with said protagonist.
Rosalind Carter - Pale Carnations
Since the game itself is a work in progress, I can't award her the MILF GOAT just yet, but she's surely a strong contender. Rosalind Carter is a desperate mother trapped within the machinations of the Pale Carnations pleasure club, where she competes in the club's degrading events in the hopes of providing a better life for her daughter (free of the threat from the gangster loan sharks looking to claim her deadbeat husband's debts). Of all the Carnations, she easily has the most selfless of intentions. A walking paragon of motherhood, she is nonetheless still a sexual creature and an absolute smokeshow to boot. More than willing to put her body on the line if needed, she even tries to clumsily seduce the protagonist Edwin Turner (who is employed in the Club and participates in the events with the Carnations) in an effort to gain favor and tip the balance of the scales in her favor. How the player reacts to this is a defining choice in their relationship going forward; with the potential to exploit her for sex at your whim, helping her with no strings attached (largely tied to the protagonist's own mommy issues), or even rejecting her outright. She's a highly motivated character in a supremely well written game with top tier visuals. Even among the cavalcade of absolute stunners present in the wider cast, Rosalind stands out from the crowd.
Alice Walters - Now & Then
Who says you can't have fun trapped in the zombie apocalypse? Jokes aside, Alice Walters is a longtime family friend of the widowed protagonist Jack Brooks, and a surrogate mother to his adoptive daughter Carol. She's also the mother of Naomi, Carol's best friend and fellow survivor. Through a series of incredibly unlikely circumstances, Jack manage to both rescue her daughter and eventually reunite the pair, whereupon Alice becomes a regular part of their expanded family. Also by this time Jack is almost certainly in an intimate open relationship with both Carol and Naomi, and navigating that dynamic with Alice is a real treat. A housewife trapped in her marriage before the apocalypse, Alice struggles with the loss of her husband and son while trying to find her place in their 'new normal'. But she is a wonderfully caring person, and helping her with the burden of grief while encouraging her to find hope and joy where she can is an emotional journey worth taking. That's not to say she's all trauma and baggage; she is a supremely sexual creature in her prime. She's also host to one of the hottest scenes in the whole game, a roleplaying 'what if' where they go back to the 4th of July barbeques of days past, but this time indulge in their otherwise suppressed adulterous desires for each other. She also gets bonus points for those sexy tan lines she maintains throughout, really channeling that peak 90's sexy calendar spread model energy.
Nancy - ETERNUM
She's not just the old childhood babysitter of the protagonist Orion Richards, but a mother in her own right twice over (to Dalia and Penelope). She's the responsible 'den mother' of the group, the one making sure things run according to plan and schedule. This is exemplified in her management of a virtual empire within one of the worlds of Eternum, where she is the Empress of the Western Roman Empire. She's a bit more laid back and jovial in comparison to Alice or Rosalind, but that's largely due to Eternum's more irreverent and humorous tone. She is not in dire straits, but rather surrounded by those she loves and cares for, and whom love and care for her in return. But she is still quite the minx, and does struggle wither her desires; in what she perceives as an 'improper' attraction to Orion, given their history and age gap. Fortunately for us all, she manages to clear that hurdle and indulge herself. Plus, she's a wonderfully stacked redhead, so bonus points for that.
Honorable Mention
Felecia Ford - Pale Carnations
Why only an honorable mention? Well, cause Rosalind deserves the top spot. While Felecia is technically a step-mother to her husband's children, she herself has not physically birthed a child herself and doesn't make the 'official' list for that reason. She represents the 'Gold Digger' trope, in comparison to Veronica's 'Too Stubborn To Quit' and Rosalind's 'Desperate Single Mother' parts. Plus the angle she has that Rosalind lacks, besides just being a much more svelte package, is that she is an adulteress. While Rosalind might technically still be married, her dead-beat spouse left the picture some time ago. But with Felecia? Indulging her is explicitly stepping on the toes of one of the most powerful men in the country, Elias Ford, an 'old money' business magnate with eyes on a political career. This gives Felecia a vastly different character motivation, and colors all of her and Edwin's interaction with those of a man-eating cougar. But what lies beneath that surface, the hyper-intelligent woman who thinks she's the smartest person in the room while playing the role of the tittering-bimbo? Again, a fantastically written character with an absolute bombshell visual design (again, bonus points for those sultry tan lines).
