Insert (three dots icon, next to the flag icon), then click "spoiler", insert the title of the spoiler (or leave it blank) then press OK.
Two new lines will appear (Spoiler and /spoiler) closed with square blankets, simply type what you need between them.
Example:

Code: 
[SPOILER]
Stuff goes in here
[/SPOILER]
