I know I could just look for them in the tags, but most of the games are just pregnancy ending only, they don't look good, or I can't run it on my device. Any recommendations?

Liz of the Tower~ Breeding Mod

Still one of my favorites. It's a modded version of an existing game but the added pregnancy mechanics are very well done. I also like it because the main character is totally into it and actually enjoys everything that's going on.
