It has a great character creator, and some awesome fan-made character cards. The game itself is mostly gathering/crafting/building, and you have occasional or frequent lewd or romantic activities depending on the island gang you make.

Well - Illusion games (especially AI Shoujo as lurkathon suggests or Honey Select 2) aren´t that hardware challenge as it sometimes seems if people making bad installs.
To charge your equipment you need high quality games like Assassins Creed, Horizon Zero Dawn, Shadow of the TombRaider, Red Dead Redemption2 or the newest Baldurs Gate 3..............
But why not only run 3DMark?

It won't look good but Starfield will test your rig (mainly because it has poor optimization) lol. An actual good game that will test your rig is Cyberpunk 2077. Since the expansion and the integration of Path Tracing, it'll test anybody's rig. On this website, the only game that I know that would test your rig at all is probably Wild Life. I haven't tried it in a while but I know the earlier builds were pushing my GPU temps fairly high. Subverse may be an option as well, but personally I haven't tried it yet as I'm waiting for the game to get finished.

Maybe Armored Core 6 with ray tracing turned on if it has it. Slap on a bunch of missile pods and watch the sfx clutter your screen.
Red dead redemption 2's visuals look outstanding so I bet your machine will take a hit from that.
