Milf's Tale: Extremely hot milf starts dating a co-worker and gives her daughter recommendations for chosing a girlfriend. Great artwork, can be played fully lesbian. One of the more realistic porn games.

Well, if you play your cards right there are lesbian scenes in Good Girl Gone Bad that I really enjoy. I'm fairly certain you have to be at least a little bad to trigger them though. Regardless this game has the best written female protagonist of all the game's I've played with a female protagonist, including my personal favortie game I Love Daddy. So that's saying something.
I Love Daddy also has plenty of lesbian content. Daughter Mother, Daughter and best friend Cath, Daughter and Cousin Mari, Cath and Mom (ends in threesome with daughter cath and mom), Cath and Mari. Seriously, this is my favorite game, with 10 different endings it has lots of replay value.
In case you don't take Palanto's word for it, Wicked Choices is pretty great. The female heroine and her handmaiden and her aunt, nice scenario.
If you don't mind a little Futa Holy Slaves has some interesting content.
Family Values sets up a world where 99.99% of the male propulation was wiped out by a bioweapon in WWIII, the result is a very liberated sexual culture of mostly women (who after the war had lost 95% of their population) As far as I know the MC is the only male in his small town, and all the girls are fucking one another. Most of the scenes eventually involve you in some way, but there are quite a few lesbian scenes that stand on their own or are happening in tandem to a m/f scene. Also plenty of incest.
Vis Major has a good lesbian scene already, and it has teased more with both that same character and some with a really cute childhood friend that I can't wait to see.
The art in SisterSisterSister is very plastic, but the action isn't bad, and most of the action thus far has been lesbian in nature, in spite of your status as a male MC. You're a voyeur to your older twin sisters fucking one another while they teach you to be the man you want to be and eventually corrupt your own twin sister. Your mother and Aunt also fuck. So yeah, there's plenty to see.

Are you into Futa at all? If so I just finished Coceter Chronicles to it's current end point and holy fuck I had fun with that game... The game does allow you to disable the futa content, but I don't know what that does regarding the really cute futa girl Courtney... The lore does say that she can hide her dick with the glamour that hides her wings and green hair though, so it's possible that you can just have straight lesbian sex with her. Regardless, there is a nice bit of girl on girl content without the cute futa and you learn as you play the game, quite a bit of incest as well.
