They should. I will admit that the tag system is generally a lot better than most boorus despite (or perhaps because of) not being crowdsourced. That's still not a reason to restrict the search function this much. If someone avoids a tag and misses something that they would have liked, then that is their own responsibility. They are (allegedly) adults, there is no reason a website that is as pro-piracy as this one should be trying to decide what they view. But I suppose that that is too much common sense for the modern day.
Tags are just one reason people might find it difficult to find what they are looking for. Yes, impregnation really needs it's own tag and pregnancy sex only on sex with women who clearly visible pregnant. Don't know if there is a request already for it (I will check later). If not, maybe it is worth to open on.
But is it really always used for it? For example Dreams Of Desire with the mother giving a BJ to another person but the MC does not know about it, does it count her in the forum already as NTR?
