Seeking Game with a Tile map like Enicia and the Contract Mark

I really love the tile map in Enicia and the Contract Mark, It's kind of like a game of life map (the boardgame) where you roll a die and move x spaces forward, Landing tiles that could start fights, give you loot, do a random event or make something lewd happen to you. I especially like the last part, it's very unique having lewd events mixed into the gameplay like this.
