Power Vacuum has something like that in it. There's a lot going on besides that, but that story arc is a decent amount of content.
Fetish Locator S&M Studio is about a brother/sister team (with ipatch) who are trying to set up a porn studio.
There is a massive story @ CHYOA called "The New Kid" that has this. Unfortunately, it sort of died shortly after the "studio" was getting set up. It has a "game" element, though I never got it to work.
It revolved around a brother & sister, but involved many others. It's been years since I played/read the story, but it was very captivating.
