How am I supposed to get GF pregnant? I already made both moms have sex with her but nothing happened.

The problem can also be solved by a setting in JoiPlay. Detailed procedure, plus demo video, here.

On some devices, unwanted elements may appear on the screen (e.g. when you play via JoiPlay on your tablet). Problem overview:

To fix the problem in JoiPlay:
  • In JoiPlay, long-press the game icon.
  • Click on "Edit Plugins".
  • Go to the "YEP_IconsOnEvents" line and click on it.
  • Click on "Disable".
  • At the bottom of the screen, click on "Save" on the right, then on "Close" on the left.

Final fix for joiplay:
Extract patches.json into www folder and disable downscale large bitmaps

UPDATE: Based on this patch, I made a fix for MaldiVes player
usage: extract rpg_core.js and libs/pixi.js into www/js folder and replace files as necessary.
disable any NPOT patches

Additional Note: if you are using the MaldiVes fix, the joiplay patch is not required. The fix works on all platforms. (tested on joiplay/maldives/windows/wine)
Do Not Use Both of them at the Same Time

I have a vague idea of how to edit the text in this game, But I want to be able to add sound effects and trigger event. Is there a program or guide on basically how to create a mod for rpg maker mv?

You can edit the existing plugins or make your own and add it to the www/js folder
