VN - HTML - From Ashes to Ambitions [v0.0.95] [Heretic Studios]

Game is so incomplete it is basically unplayable. Videos are all random of different girls, so doesnt feel like characters are real. I couldn't even name my character it was just called %name the whole time. Tried to carry on and see if I was just stuck on a broken bit, restarted the game, starts in a weird spot and just gets weirder.
Maybe one day it could be an ok game but not a promising start at all

I have not played many HTML Visual Novel games, but from what I played here the game looks promising.
The current content (as of 0.0.6) is quite short, but shows enough to make future updates and expansions to the story look promising.

As it is basically an initial release, it is obvious that there is not much there. There are (as far as I can tell) only 2 days worth of content so far, though you are able to continue progressing in terms of building stats and moving the day counter forward. I also won't comment about things like grammar because as an initial release, it should be expected that grammar is not as big of an issue.

My only real, and I believe, objective criticism is the backgrounds. I think they're fine but for something like when you're in the hallway there is no background to the words and movement options that are on screen making them difficult to see. I would either suggest have the options be on a black background (or at least anything that isn't lightly-colored) or move the options below the background and make the background just an image, gif, whatever.

Currently 7/10 - I'm a weirdo who likes porn game with the "real porn" tag and with the premise I can absolutely see this being another banger. Just gotta give it a bit more time to stew and all that.
