As I said on the thread of the first game, this game says at that beginning that it was made with GDevelop, which is, according to

Therefore, wouldn't it, since we don't have a "GDevelop" Engine tag, be included in the "Others" Engine tag?
I'm not 100% since I'm not a dev at all and it has a chance of being a weird mix of one engine with plugins of another. But still, the files didn't appear as something from RPGM at all.
Also, it looks like it's possible to play the game online, through Itch.io itself. So, wouldn't a "play online" link be welcome, for those who prefer it? I've seen other threads with it, specially the ones of HTML games...

You must actually go to the double door in another location of the map. Then, you must open it, talk with the prisoner, and just like the first one tells you, you must use a "wheel" at the wall of the same room to open the gate itself.
