For easy/normal difficulty: Nicole is the last one, first complete everybody else. For her to go to the roof (she is sitting on the bench at the start): 1) Give her the rose (for getting rose you need scissors), 2) set table and chairs on the roof, 3) open (need sledgehammer) and repair (need telephone cable) phone booth, 4) call her number

Technically maybe yes, but in my opinion legally - hardly. Developer always uses only few seconds of every scene, I am afraid that there is some ruling or statute and it is allowed - use of 4-5 seconds or so for trailer and advertisment purposes 2) If he is from Russia - there is no way European/US party would sue somebody in Russia and even if this is not the case, US/EU judgements are null and void in Russia with exception of some cases 3) He is a small fish, there are much more spicier cases of copyright infringement out there, much more, there is no capacity of pursuing every tiny infringement 4) He is doing good advertisment for them and so by that he potentially creates more income for them than causing them loss of copyright infringements.
