I tried this game because of Sseth... I don't know if it was bad luck or not, but I didn't really end up liking the game.
The main reason is, I kept getting this stupid event where my character would smell cooked food in the wind, and would gain hunger from that... And it just KEPT happening.
Wonder if that was ever... Addressed or if I was just super unlucky, consistently.

I've been meaning to give this a second try, actually. Last time, I was struggling with the controls, think I accidentally ate something in the tutorial I was supposed to pick up instead, and was unable to complete the tutorial because of it. Didn't want to start over or skip the tutorial, so I just shelved it planning to come back once I discover a mod to modernize the controls, or gather a bit more patience to bash my head into a wall for a few hours.
Well, at the end of the day, Elona's an old game. Feels realistic that Elin, the game's spiritual successor being made by the same dev, will have a more sensible control scheme at least.

well you can tecnically have sex with anything intelligent after making them drunk, and there is an event where you get gangraped by little sisters
You can or could prostitute yourself and get impregnated by acid spitting aliens, but there is no or was no graphics for that.
The adult content could be considered adult-ish

Ah right, now I remember why I got rid of it after switching to a 10keyless keyboard. It's a fun game but too many important functions are tied to the numpad.

You're thinking Elona Shooter; that was made based off of Elona, and introduced a lot of people to Elona back in the day. Elona, however, is a game that initially began in 2006 (same year that Dwarf Fortress' first alpha was released) and continued by Ano as Elona+ after Noa, its original creator, stopped development midway through (though in a fairly robust form, rather than a buggy abandoned release). It is very much heavily roguelike, a game I'd say is in the same vein as Nethack.
While there's plenty of modding potential for adding sexual elements, and base there technically is prostitution, I don't really think that Elona should be here, TBQH.

I do hope its the second. Sure hope so.
Looking at the blog he actually did the current version in September this year, if that helps people understand its an modification, not the original game. I played the original and its a nice example of a sandbox game with freedom unbound by graphics. The best fantasy happens in your mind, not in any 3d game, probably comparable to books versus movies. Each have their own merit though. Now lets see what the person doing the modification has in mind for this.

Elona+ has a discord where there are mods for the elona+ mod. Where they add more content and graphics to elona+. They also have instructions on how to make mods that add in custom npcs.
This should have the no-h content tag. You can technically add it in but that's like calling Skyrim a hentai game
this. ano has added some questionable changes over the years this fixes a few of them. the elona wiki has a few others and some helpful info like how to wish for skills so you dont get random items instead
lol, why does the opening image look better than the screenshots of the game? Seems more along the lines of that mentioned game, Elin.
Because it's from some weird mobile version of the game that came out a little while back.
