Is this game still alive?
Dec 5 update on the kickstarter page:

Hey guys.

Sorry for releasing the update a few days late. I was planning on posting this on the third, but I got into a small accident on my bicycle and had to get a few stitches on my forehead. Anyway, I'm fine but I've been tired and achy for the last 30 hours or so, so I put off the update.

Now then, as for the progress of the game; unfortunately there isn't super much to report. I've been fixing a lot of the bugs that were present in the extended demo, especially those related to combat. There was a particular section of the game that needed significant work (I won't mention it here due to potential spoilers, but if you follow me on Discord or Twitter you likely know what I'm referring to) and I've also been fleshing out many of the side scenes involving a big ol' dragon, the tavern, and the other side characters. I've also been looking at the old scenes and adding more variables to cut out some of the potential plot holes. For instance, in the extended demo, one of the choices in Rix's second date doesn't make sense if you haven't already gone on Ketla's second date.

Anyway, we've made good progress, and I'm pushing hard for a 2017 release if at all possible. Thanks for your patience as always, and of course, I'm sorry again for all the delays. <3

Think it will be pretty good - if it ever gets closer to being finished :winkytongue:

Honestly this game deserves an abounded tag, you can only delay something so long.

Feel bad for people who spent money for this project...but in the end, no one forced them to pay. Life is made of choices.
Yeah that is the curse of every kickstarter. You are investing in a promise and there is a chance that you never get what you wanted.

And then there are also clever developers to be aware of. Like the developers of a certain game (i won't mention it, don't ask.)

These developers are doing a kickstarter. People who give them less than 20 $ will have rewards but no game.

People who pledge 20$ or more will get the game.

The game would be sold at 15 $ on Steam.

-----------------------

In short, as it's obvious most pledgers are paying in 20$+ tiers.

It's funny. People who will make that game see the light of the day are the ones that will pay more than normal people on Steam.

this is why i dont donate to kickstarters, holy shit he's done fuckall for a year now, unless the game is truly massive thats like a month of parttime work at most as the only thing thats actually done is the .5 chapters
I will never donate to porn games.

Luckily there are people that do that for me and share the games.

But afterall i only play like 2-3 porn games, and the porn is the minor side of the game.

I'm not into porn games. I'm into games that have also a few sex scenes to make the game more realistic.

...and maybe i have a little interest in dragons and fox... girls.

With kickstarter I at least understand that you pay for it once and hopefully get the game later, but I never understood patreon (when it's used for more than a tip jar). You pay monthly for something which doesn't even have an actual deadline. Over time you spent a shitton of money on something someone will buy with half the cash. So it looks even more funny to me.

You want my honest answer ?

I will bring the big umbrella then, to cover myself. Because i suspect that soon there will be lots of fliying objects in my direction.

In my opinion people who do Patreon are one of these categoryes :

1- Porn addicted that live in a basement or their parents house. People that almost never see the light of the day, and so all they do is porn, porn and porn. In such a scenario, porn is one of their few meanings of life, so they pay on Patreon in the hope to see always new porn games developed.

2- People that spend their money carelessly, and if things go bad that they whine because they don't get what they desired. And they do not accept that.

Trust me, i know a man that buy a new mobile phone each time a new model get developed, and throw away the last model even if it still works.

3- People that have no value of money. Probably kids that ask their parents to open up a Patreon account for them (18+ age rule).

4- / 5- / 6- / 7- People that have absolutely no value of money and should be ashamed, because there are countless people out there that are starving, while you spend 20 dollars per month for porn. I can't stress this point enough.

8- If they only pay a reasonable amount, like 1-2 dollars per month : normal people. Nothing wrong with that. You spend a reasonable amount and the developers gain enough money to be motivated.
