For the vast majority of us, the genres on this site usually align with personal preferences. It goes without saying that the outliers like bestiality, lolicon, guro, vore, and scat are among the extreme minority of the sexual content on the site. Some people might be curious and take a look. Then they get disgusted and never look again. Very few do like that extreme content. Again, the vast majority of those who do view that content won't do that in real life.
What screws this up are those people who have trouble defining fantasy and reality and those lines get blurred. Then they act on those. That's the problem where people will start harping that the content leads to those behaviors when the fault really is in the actors hands alone. The blood isn't caused by the game- It's caused by people who were going to do it anyways.

Eh, it really depends on the person, as long as they know what is fantasy and reality, they can enjoy such fetishes. For instance, ponyfags like MLP, however would they mate a horse in real life? I doubt it...I think. There are also things that you may in your mind find uninteresting or off putting, but when you experience them in certain situation it may open your mind to something you never knew you liked. In the USA (and possibly other countries as well. Im not sure) but if im not mistaken Loli specifically means underage girl in Japan. But the age of consent in japan is 13 so .-.
