Deviantart using A.I. to ban people?

So I just saw this video on Discord using ai to ban people on their site and it got me thinking, is Deviantart using ai as well to ban people off of their site as well? It would explain why so many people have been banned from the site (including myself) for the last year and a half without being given any strikes or warnings ahead of time and without being given an explanation as to why we got banned to begin with. If that's the case, Deviantart needs to update or replace the ai their using and unbanned a lot of people (including me) and give out a lot of apologies to everyone effected by this. Just think if other sites like Twitter and Facebook started using ai to banned people and what a giant disaster that will be for them.
