Those scenes are in the game, they happen when you run into an enemy. I'm not sure if that counts as NTR tho.

After playing the update it feels less like NTR and more like just straight up Rape. All that happens is that the girl loses 1 HP after the animation.

Nope, save game is not in 0.3.0 or 0.4.1. It will be there in 0.5.0
