debug commands for violated hero series?

so i unpack to translate VH 4 and did some research and toggled the debug console but i cannot find any command list and the output is of course in japanese has anyone figgure out the debug commands for any of this series of games? I want to play the game with cheats (don't want a 100% save)

update: after looking through the engine (kag3) documentation and after extracting the xp3 i cleared the save mode from "z" (compressed) to ""(none) so the files are readable in n++ but am still at a loss to find the actor's stats if allowed I'll upload my decompressed save to someone with better knowlege of krkr/kag3
