Those excerpts of Hana's dialogue options are great examples of why it isn't worth it to read those, especially Savin's. He'll throw in the weirdest things like he has a chip on his shoulder for anything that isn't anal or cucking. And apparently I have to get engaged/married before the bareback sex starts working. From what I heard, she can impregnate you and love you as a fem PC. Does that text change if you do so? I have no idea/
