Hover over your name on the top right then click Preferences. Uncheck "Show people's signatures with their messages."

Either the solution from Bacrown or - Adblock -> custom filter, Tadaaa ver2.
Actually only the neighbor have moon-sized breasts, the mom got them quite big, but at a reasonable size, the sister and the one in the sanctuary have small/ medium, while the nun and the nurse have them medium / big; so, in the end, he tried to satisfy everyone I think =P

Then the Developer Menu must not be enabled in this game, you'd have to turn it on. Shift + D works with most Renpy games, guess the creator doesn't use it. Shame, the variable viewer is far more readable than dir()
