I've seen in the image folder a blowjob form FMC to Pablo and a threesome with MMC and the two blondes at the beach. I couldn't get it on my playthrough (actions with the insecure blonde already blocked for my level in the night) and I don't see it on your WKT. Are those scenes already implemented in the game?

Pablo is not implemented.
I had worked on a scene but it didn't fit in with the story.
As for the rest, the 3-way plan has been implemented.
For Juliette, being dominant and seeing her 2 nights in a row at the campfire.
For Fanny, play voyeur 2 nights in a row in the kitchen.

Just a suggestion, you should verify the script. I had some minor mistakes. I don't how you contemplated how the players will progress. I did a whole playthrough with the MMC, and then with the FMC. When I started with her, the first thing I did was going to the restaurant, and then she said that Maria asked her to look for if his boyfriend was cheating on her, when this was something I unlocked with the other character. Same thing with the MMC. I could ask for the yellow ribbons without this being mentioned to him previously. Once I played with the FMC, I could understand.

This is indeed the difficulty of open world/sandboxes. Managing all the possible combinations and advances for each NPC. I've corrected a lot of them, but there are still a few left, so I'm continuing to track them down.

I've started a walkthrough, but the basics of the game are still changing a lot.
I was able to unlock the threesome. However I have had to use the universal mod, because a mix between love and evil points with Juliette to let Fanny join was a requisite. The barman hint system is original and cool, but maybe you can give some indications to unlock this kind of scenes (requisites). If it wasn't for the mod, I was locked only with the option to refuse Fanny to join, even if I chose most if not all the devil points with J.
Another suggestion I can give is that you avoid to do so many automatic saves in the slots provided to the player. My saves got lost between all the automatic saves, even if they're clearly indicated by titles.

Concerning backups, I try to take the max created by the user + 1, but I admit that the system does not seem to be up to par on Renpy.

It's really hard to manage the advancement of each hero with all the npgs. Everything crosses and intertwines.
But that's what makes the game experience unique.
I often go back over old dialogues to correct situations.
I make the whole thing more coherent and the story more impactful.
I hope you enjoy the experience.
I know I'm going off the beaten track and that it won't please everyone, but I love and need to try things out.
