I think it should be marked as abandoned.
The thread for his new game is at On Form It appears that nothing on it has been updated since the end of January.

There was a Patreon post in March, but no idea beyond that. In any case, On Form is a reimagining/rework of CO Freshgirls as the dev has stated and clear with all mentions of CO Freshgirls pretty much wiped away, so I think it should be marked as abandoned.
