Even the title has MTL poetry lol (The title uses "God Game" to mean "Game controlled by God", but it's been translated as a really good game)
The plot is humans & demons are forced into a war game by god.
During peace-time, you control a merchant who travels around both the human & demon lands, buying low & selling high. Porn happens when you get attacked by bandits, or during side-quests.
During war-time, you control the king, who spends points to improve the economy (or just buff the merchant's stats), then fights the demon army. There's no combat, you just run into the demons & they die.
The merchant sections has the seed of a good idea, the side-quest searching & bartering are both alright mechanics. But the war sections are really half-baked & repetitive, especially if you try to play optimally.
There's also a deep lore plot about reviving heros from 1000 years ago to help bring an end to the war game(?) But the translation really hampers my investment/understanding of that

this plot kinda removes some eroticism. Reincarnation in general also removes some eroticism as well.

... Missing 'graphic violence'. In gallery there is a guillotine scene, a rape scene after being severely beaten up and what I believe is a scene of strangling to death?

To be fair, that's not MTL's fault. 神ゲー does mean "really good game" (it's short for God-tier game). The dev is misusing the term for it's literal meaning rather than its usual figurative meaning.

Dude I have to say this, how much sex do you ppl think farmers have on farm really...try if one is married probably a lot, but one that is single they live very chaste life. Depending on sex of person. Single dude he might be getting often laid, but chick she mentions she works on farm and takes care of animal, dudes run away because they like I don't want to help you.

Times were different, everyone had to work, no matter their gender. If anything, a hardworking woman was more desirable because she'd lessen the amount of labour the man had to endure.
On the contrary - lazy people who didn't want to work were shunned. Cause nobody likes freeloaders.
This is a really dark type game. Very cruel situations as well as torture and trained brutality. Then comes this bored god who is upset at the peace that the two major sides have forged. This god/creator wants chaos and constant revenge situations. He forces the sentient monsters and humans onto opposing sides, where the residents gain points through killing and commerce, and then anyone who ends a day without a minimum amount of points is 'deleted'. The lore is that the primary points generation is the killing and then points are the new means of all transactions, so anyone who wants to survive must acquire enough points to survive another day...
Gameplay leaves a lot to be desired. The game's MC is a girl who has been reborn into the world as the daughter of the demon king and hero "...". She is helpless and cannot fight so combat is generally autoloss which gives some h-scenes for the MC's character. As a trading game it is very sub-par as there are only a few profitable trade routes, and they do not change or have any real randomness outside of the 'negotiation' option. Heck there is even a best possible route which if used makes it very easy to gain points.
The various lore scenes for 1k plus years ago are often very disturbing and brutal. If you are a fan of gore, snuff, and other extreme sex topics this game seams to focus on the more extreme topics, though the actual images are much more tame than the story content.
Personally I am dropping this one and I have played through more than I probably should have for my own peace of mind.

i used mtool like a year and a half ago and played it.. translation wasn't too bad actually
you are correct, this game is pretty brutal.. the back stories of the characters when you see the sex scenes, are sad sometimes.. art is good, and I used mtool to cheat a little for money so trading problem was less bothersome for me..
if you don't cheat though, you are entirely correct.. trade is very grindy, draggy.. I just avoided fights and never lost though.
edit: I did love the characters though and the plot idea, even though it wasn't executed well really...

No Save? No worries. Just go to the spooky Memories room at the Title page. Go to the blue orb on the right. Hit yes. It temporarily unlocks all of the H scenes. I think it's all of them, or at least the CGs.
