I have played it a long time ago like an html5 game on web, i remember the map was a birds eye view of a neighborhood, you could spy your next door neighbor's bedroom, and you could help a lady in a blue dress and she was blonde, and i remember you could help her in the garden and spy on her while she is making some pie.
