I'm pretty sure that the MC's girlfriend, the deer-girl neighbor (I cannot remember her name) talks about how she has or had been having some kind of sexual encounters with the MC's mother? It's been a while since I played this as actual content (story) updates are on the slower side.
Anyway, the it was a fairly quick bit of dialogue and easy to miss and nothing is shown on screen, but unless it's been removed it would qualify as unavoidable NTR. It happens without the player's direct prompting, while the MC is in a relationship with the girl & cannot be prevented or avoided. So I think it probably qualifies as "Yes, the game has unavoidable NTR"
Weak instance, sure.

But still better to let potential players know so they can choose for themselves.
So after i encounter with caroline i decided to hang out a few of times with her, but after i resolved to fuck another girls. them after some time i decided to go hang out with her i fell more times but she was vanished i cannot find i her room and another place and if i go cheat menu the stats of her are null, its that a bug or i missed something?
You missed something. She will disappear if you don't complete her storyline fast enough. I think you have to reach the point where you invite her to live with you at least.
I would play the shit out of this if someone remade this or remastered scenes into VN style (or at least a Progression type mod that highlights story paths/routes or something) but man I cant get into this sandbox. Even with cheats its unbearable
you have to keep hanging with her from time to time and complete her chapter. If you ignore her for too long, she'll kill herself.

So, first of all, I have to say that the game is great, I have nothing against it at all.
The only thing I have to say is that given how long the game has been around, I would have expected 5x more content and definitely more scenes..

Would be nice if the dev finished current artwork that's been in sketch art form for quite some time already.
I may not be a game developer or artist, but my principle has been, finish what you have before adding more.
It's like cooking, clean up as you go, so you don't have more to do after prepping.
Same concept pretty much applies with everything else.

It's a common practice by now in many games. Start 100 things, hope to finish half of them? A lack of focus and work discipline might be the reason. The good old "I try to keep things fresh for me to not get bored" excuse isn't valid anymore.

Is it only me thinking the game is not in development for several years now? Yes I see all those very important bug fixes and few images per month, but this game is still uses same placeholder interface, with placeholder navigation, filled with placeholder images and not even placeholder goal tracker to guide in the game. The only way to play game is still following some outside guide, most interactions have nothing but a black screen. Game is over 6 years old by the way.

Kinda late but: imo there's no point, if you really wanted to you can re-progress quickly w/ the cheat menu
Any good lesbian incest scenes yet? Last I tried the game the scenes were mostly sketches for those pairings.
