Doesn't DS said he have only a couple of images of Olivia?I prefer if we don't get same crap date like Lisa and just wait for 1.2 to show all Olivia content.

This suggests that these reviews are not about the games but the pictures and descriptions posted to the Patreon Page itself. As long as the game doesn't feature an Adult coercing an underaged character to sex it is unlikely Patreon will ban it. The worry factor here for this game is Lisa who would still appear to be in Grade School or at best High School.
But since Max isn't really an adult either there is probably not much to worry about.

Nether Max or Lisa looks underage and Lisa is 18 and Max is 19 and I think Alice is 20 but maybe 21.

Sorry A1, but the truth of the matter is that Lisa going to school everyday does suggest she is under 18.
There is no mention of her being IN college just that she wanted to go to college if they could afford it.
High school seniors everywhere. I was 18 for the last 5 1/2 months of my senior year. If you count people that have flunked, there might even be a few juniors and sophomores too. (not that its stated anywhere that Lisa ever flunked)
My birthday is in September, so I turned eighteen years old literally in my first month my senior year of high school. Lisa is kind of short, with kind of a youngish looking face, but that might also because she looks a little Eurasian to me. Her body doesn't really look underage at all. Until Patreon starts going after some of the side characters in DmD, I think BB is pretty safe.
I am not ruling out that Patreon will become even stricter in the future though. We have both ends of the political spectrum that would love to see games like these banned, for differing reasons. The right doesn't like porn (publicly, at least), while the left doesn't like sexualization of minors, anything close to rape, etc. I think both movements are just going to get stronger.
