I keep hearing people say that BB wasn't supposed to be an incest game originally, because DS hates incest. I get that he does, and I don't doubt that, but I just don't see how it WASN'T supposed to be an incest game. I mean FFS, even from early on, Max is trying to bone his sisters, he peeps on them at all times, he tries to get his little sister more and more naked in their room, and is teaching his little sister, first hand, about sex. And that's before Kira gets involved at all.

I get not being a fan of incest. I'm generally ambivalent to it, and see it as a thing I have to deal with in order to play a bunch of games, since the genre is so popular. But why even make an incest game if you hate it like DS seems to? I'm curious to see where things go though, that's for sure.

I think the game was started as Incest because of the small 'Playing Field'. Since we only had the Home to play in, until recently, that limited options as to the cast. The choice to limit the games location would have made character management, design, and options to progress easier to establish and program. This gave DS the chance to create and learn within a contained space. I think the popularity and polarization that has occurred took DS by surprise, and has led to some of the issues we've seen.

Hmm, guess in my mind it's not so much that DS HATES the incest, but more doesn't enjoy that idea/concept and is trying to build something with tools (characters and situations) that aren't enjoyed or easily understood by the creator.

Does that make sense??? I feel like I just tried to explain how the color blue tastes, and not sure if I understood my own explanation. Think I'll try to sleep now (Before my brain starts melting out my ears).

Absolutly right. And that is one of the things that makes writing storys so interesting. Working with conflicts and work it into smth people want read..
How far does a writer do into reality how far he/r bends it to fiction. And when you go to the lead-genre erotica. Than you have to twist a lot of reality to fiction. Started by changes in professions (medical care, law enforcement, professional wardrobe etc.). And the twist from smth so extreme like kidnapping and abuse to bdsm or incest in this matter, is also one of of those things writers do, to create interessting and appealing storys, instead of stomach wrenching stuff. Another genre were you can find such extreme twists are storys about war. There is absolutly nothing heroic or honorable in the sickness, warfare is.

Marketing is a bitch. I suppose BB was much ambitious project at first. On it's page it's written it suppose to be a sandbox. Incest is great marketingwise but you cannot really make it a sandbox when you're limited to MC and his family members. With Eric, Alex and possible other males and places it could have a bunch of different routes and realistic outcomes aside from an incest. I believe it was a mistake for DS to choose incest as a main genre as people are there for graphic and enjoyable early stages of gameplay. He's biggest mistake was this stupid "incest story of your life" title. Without it he could easily justify Eric and his whole gameplan regardless of an uproar. Now even other females aren't taken by players with joy as they demand more incest due to this title. BB isn't something I enjoy anymore so I just really hope DS learned something from that and his new game will be much better than BB. If he won't let himself being lead by a crowd and do things he enjoy I think it might be something spectacular as, funny enough, his tastes seem similiar to mine and incest isn't one I would pick.

Been replaying the game and noted that when we peek at alice bedroom when she is sleeping alone she is wearing clothes, she is the only one not sleeping naked DS could alter that. Also when we peek at Ann room she appears to be wearing clothes but when we enter she is naked 1.0 should fix those inconsistencies.

Speaking of next update, from the previews we will get some nice scenes with both Alice and Lisa which should be the setup with another movie with Lisa watching or in the best scenario being part of. That would also mean that filming would stay at the house and DS woundn't spend so much time rendering another place outside. There is also the chance of more Ann/Lisa scenes, that would be great because as of right now the only special scene they got together was when Lisa say Max and Ann doing yoga.

While DS still haven't specified what will be in the next update i will make a prevision and say more progress with Vicky, even thought he should have introduced Olivia in the Lisa GF path. I also hope he doesn't add anything to the shopping part as it was the most dissapointing part of 0.9

Anyway I don't use it anymore because it is to expensive, 300-600 you have to pay to get a BJ at the end nope not for this player.

Okay, just to try and clarify all that "cuntface" drama.

Who originally started it was none other than myself.

I once jokingly (and I stress it: JOKINGLY) implied that DS made Eric based on himself and, at the time, I used the term "cuntface" instead of Eric's name (everybody did it). The sentence was something like this:

"DS is cuntface, and cuntface is Max from the future."

I received a warning from TCMS for "inappropriate behavior" because he didn't knew we reffered to Eric as "cuntface". In the end I explained the misunderstanding, it really was out of place and badly writen tbh.

That said, I don't see how anyone could possibly think I was reffering to DS instead of Eric in my latest post. But oh well, whatever, it's "fixed" now.
