In my personal opinion, +MOV is a total waste since beating the nerd is trivial and after that everyone has 2 MOV so it turns into complete RNG where they will end up. It's not like you can counter their movement with your movement.
Getting DEX to 3 seems to be quite important so you're on even grounds in clinches, after that Roundhouse Punch and then go full strength.

2MV makes you control the battlefield, and makes Nerd beating trivial, compared to any other option, if you do not want to waste money to fight points, while earning you cash. It is literally the best thing if you want to just beat Nerd and do nothing else.
1MV is way to limited and with 2MV you can quickly position yourself almost everywhere, which 1MV is slow as hell.
Never seem much value in DEX, since with 2MV you can have them almost never catch you (exempt Travis with 3MV).
