Dev posted an update on subscribestar entitled "A bit of information about the development", if anyone is subscribed there.
People remember, F95 puts the "Abandoned" tag after a certain has gone without activity. It is unrelated to whether the game is abandoned by the dev or not.
I hope it's not abandoned jeez, I've been subscribed to them for a little while now since they started posting more content.

Not sure, I'm not subscribed but it does have a bunch of character portraits thumbnailed. So art progress or character updates or something along those lines, I'd imagine.

A bit of information about the development
As I wrote earlier, I'm busy mostly with the game, so I'm not doing any artwork yet. At least this month.
In the game made a school, almost all in color. Secondary characters, with everyone you can talk to, with some you can go on short quests with nice rewards. Here are some of the artefacts.
I had to work on the main character, because the game conceived a clothing change system, which will be necessary in the story. Now MC can be changed (not much choice, but it is possible to bare in different degrees). Later I will do such a thing for the sister and the automaton.
Next I'm working on these quests and the festival, which will be an important moment with Taiga or another character. After that, the update will be ready.
As always thanks for your support, I try to keep you guys updated with news.
I'm not going to individually add each of the images included in the post because I'm lazy and you can get the gist of it.
I'm also only at the $1 tier because I'm cheap (mainly just haven't bothered unsubbing for the past year or so because it's just $1) so I don't have access to the art posts.
But basically, yes the game is still being worked on. Always has been. It's a one-man operation from a dude living in a war-torn country (I know he moved but I don't remember if he fully left Ukraine), so it's taking some time.

Thanks 4 the update on this once again it's been really hard to find actual GOOD furry games out there and this one has really good art

Mainly about the school festival, nothing big like finishing existing WIP stuff.
I have the feeling that if I were a game dev myself I would be one of the few people who bother to have a list with stuff to finish, to not totally lose the big picture.

i copied this from F95s tagging guide lines.
Abandoned: used in the following cases:
- The developer states that the development has been permanently suspended.
- After 3 months of inactivity from the developer's public creator/crowdfunding accounts (Patreon, SS, etc), we will resolve special circumstances or scenarios on a case-by-case basis (no creator accounts, creators developing for free, Patreon accounts under review/ban).
- No game update has been released for an abnormally long period of time (>18 months).
- Game threads that are marked On-hold for over 6 months with no game update.
- Note: this prefix is only removed upon the release of a new update for purchase/download.

I think OP is handled by a bot account which is just following some programming to mark the thread.

I don't think so, A bot couldn't check the patreon account or if the developer said that development was canceled. It's highly likely its a real person marking it.
