Others Audio loading error

Hi, recently a lot of my games have been giving me this error. I have tried admin mode, running in Japanese locale, while my Anti virus is uninstalled, and windows defender allowing the folder...

I can just press enter and the game continues for about 3 seconds and then the error pops up again.

I have no idea whats is wrong, not a pro with RPGM games.
