Shexyo is full AI from what I know. Araneesama is doing all of his works from scratch. I know because I am in his discord server where he posts wips and step by step process.

They both label there posts exactly the same. It either both accounts are run by one person or one of them couldn't even put the effort to hide the fact they are copying from someone else.
