I think devs usually make the main character an idealized version of themself versus choosing random race, this is why you see most Jap games have Jap protags and most American games have white protag.

You're equating real life with fictional H games that don't tend to be racially diverse.
The chances of finding an Asian MC in a western H game is very slim to the point where out of all the ones i've played i've yet to see one.

Well, almost any game that uses Honey Select for its models is going to look Asian. Since most games don't specify race or location, with a little stretch of the imagination you could believe the game takes place in an Asian country...

The MC in Lily of the Valley by P and P is Asian, there's also corruption if that's what your looking for.

One of the iterations of witch trainer has a small segment with cho (Harry potter apparently has an Asian girlfriend)
I also think someone is making a futurama game, Amy from there should be Asian.
I have an image in my mind of one of these 3d models being Asian, but I just can't place it in context. I am sorry, I guess all of this pornography and videogames haven't done wonders for my brain.

Despite them having Western names, most of the characters in the game are Asian in appearance as it's made using Honey Select (a software that's notoriously difficult to use for making non-Asian looking characters) - especially the protagonist. He's the only Asian protag that I'm aware of among all the Western games here.
Pretty sure Family Values is set in japan... but the MC doesn't look exactly asian because like they took Honey Select and anime-ifieid him.

There was a game, it used real porn images..
it was basically about post ww2 or something like that where asian girls traveled to u.s and since this was a porn game they did porn stuff.
it was text and pic+gif so you could basically customize your character, and you played as the female protagonist.

The most common term for that scenario would be corruption. Progressive in the context of gaming would rather relate to advancement in form of achievements, item progression or kill/death ratio. In the context of gaming progressive is often a synonym for competitive. In MMORPGs progressive guilds are the ones who try to first kill world bosses or play in the top ranks of a pvp league.

The game tangled up ...the MC and girl seem Asian to me, even if the supposed parents are white and look nothing like them.. it kind of hints at incest though, unfortunately.. but it's really good if you can ignore that.
