I don't remember the name, but there's one game where the story premise is that MC come from a fully incestuous family. Everyone fuck everyone since generations, know it and don't care ; it's a family tradition you've to do, period. Yet even in it everything is centered on the MC, because it would lost its interest else.

A hentai classical that can't really be turned into a game, unless you've two Playable Characters we switch from. Else, half of the game would be us witnessing interactions of characters we have no control over ; what would be even more boring than everything being centered around the MC.

In games, by definition everything have to be centered around the Playable Character, because it's the one we control ; one choose a game because he want to have some say over the story.
Imagine a Call of Duty game, but one where you control a Private, while the story is the one of his platoon leader. You'll see briefings that aren't intended to you, you'll see actions that don't concern you, and some times you'll have to fight, because the said platoon leader is near to you, or because you've to go save him. You'll play a game, but pass 90% of your time just looking at cut scenes.
Worse, you'll have almost no words to say during the 10% of the time you'll be effectively playing. You're fighting near to the MC, but since it's his story (it's what "Main Character
of the story" mean), if he go to the left, you'll have to go to the left, period. The whole game would be the worse than an escort mission can give.
It doesn't mean that we can't see scenes that happen "behind the scene", but they have to stay relevant to the story and be a small part of the content. If it's to pass most of our time witnessing people we have no control over fucks like crazy, there's porn movies for this, and even the lamest ones are more interesting than a sex scene in a game. It's the context and the possible personal implication that make sex scenes from game interesting, but here the context is "it's not you who fuck". Possibly interesting for people with voyeurism fetish, relatively boring for anyone who don't want to be cucked or isn't ready to share his girls and witness them doing it.
It also doesn't mean that girls should be all ears for the MC, they can have a life, including a sex life, on their own. But unless it's a NTR or sharing game, when they start their relation with the MC, their sex life now turn around him, while they still keep all the other aspect of their life.
But, once again, NTR/sharing don't fit well with incest. You don't corrupt your lovely mother, you just bang the sex crazed woman who gave birth to you.
