Like the more real life take on her skin, unlike the above replies. Just some fine tuning on her face and you've nailed it. Nice work. Can't wait to see your upcoming Anna fan-art :)
For realistic skin texture DAZ is super limited though. For example the way how UVs have been made - you can only get around 1000pix of a detail from 4000pix map, at areas where it matters the most you would need 16k maps for realistic detail :/. Dividing face into head(red) and face(blue) would give so much more detail from 4000pix map for example, as I have edited in Maya. Would be good DAZ change the UV system.

But that would cause a noticeable seam between face & head/scalp uv's due to the difference in texel density.
sure, it would need to be same size for not causing step down quality where face meets head UVs. But you don't need high detail back of the head. Lot of people pack the face area into 2 halves for example, for more detail.

Fair point, although i'd be very careful with this layout since it begs for shading errors if tangents aren't transferred/calculated properly.
