Edit: Nevermind, looks like it was because I used the save from my bought copy, starting a new game fixed it.

Not every game is for everyone, so just skip it. Personally, I don't really touch male protag games, as they're either quite boring or NTR where I'd rather not see male protag at all.
Just check CG at worst and don't even bother if it's NTR or not.
