Well, I'm working on a revenge game, in which the wife cheats on her partner with a guy for money.
The MC snap and decides to take revenge and decides to sleep with all the people close to his wife and her lover.
I thought it was an interesting plot that would be fun to narrate.
in fact it is already about 70% complete what would be version 0.1.
it would not be an NTR story at least not for the MC but it definitely will be for the wife's lover.
For now I have a few characters in mind and I don't think I'm going to put more, maybe 2 or 3.
what I have now are:
the wife obviously, MC's best friend and her mother.
the wife's sister and mother.
The lover's wife and her two daughters as well as the lover's sister.
and a couple of secondary characters.
and debating a lot whether to add the mother and one or two sisters for the mc.

It will be a NETORI story is a revenge story after all, that mean the MC is doing the corruption and stealing the woman for himself.
I don't think i will add NTR against the MC.

Oh jeez. This sounds, and from the renders, really intriguing but I can clearly see the shitstorm coming when the game gets released. This sounds like a typical south korean "revenge" pornhwa lol. Im a fan of such stories, but sadly for the majority of such stories they are very bland, focus more on the douche, the cuck part or simple end abrupt where there is no real revange at all. Lets see if the western people can craft it better then their south korean counter parts.

The models looking good, the story could be something unique if its done right, but from my experience I have not much hope.

Let me explain the story a bit more so you can have a better idea of what I'm doing.
The MC will be a nice guy that will do anything for the wife until her cheating. On her side she is very controlling and manipulative but because the MC made things easy for her in that matter.
I can assure the MC won't be a wimp. but i don't want an asshole as the protagonist, I want someone more relatable and for my point of view more realistic.
Her cheating is the beginning of the game when the MC finds out about it, from that point on he is on a journey of awakening in many ways.
The revenge will be mainly against the affair partner, the wife's father and the wife of course.
I want total revenge, I want total humiliation for them, emasculate the affair partner, the wife's father, and for the wife to know that she made all that happen and that she takes that nice guy and turns him into someone she never imagined he could be.
That is in general how I have it now.
There is also the taboo part that will develop as the story progresses.
But it will not be part of the first version of the game.

This sounds familiar like "From the Day I Was Ridiculed as a Window Editor and Cheated on by My Wife, I Lived With The Twin JKs" I saw some weeks ago. If you go the same way, I doubt people would be that happy with the wife being in the game at all, and probably will hate the game for the wrong reasons, which I personally dont want this to happend since like you seems to guessed I also enjoy some REAL, good revange story with the focus of Netori lol.

Is supposed how to do it right, but I never got the time to check it if this was the case for myself, but from what I heard the wife here gets redeemed but it has something to do with time travel.

Just keep in mind that not everyone is tolerable towards this. People tend and will judge the game early on which I see my biggest concern. I like to hear the MC becomes, well, a man and not your typical cuck but also not a rapist douchbag.
While Im sure you have something great in mind about all the other chicks and how to humiliate the affair partner, the problem remains the wife actions. From what I understand she will be treated as a tool to look down without romancing her at all. IF this is the path you choose for her you should make it clear from the beginning very clear. That he cheated on MC only because of money, which sounded from your decription is not that big of a issue so her actions make it more worse.

But if you want to make her a LI, then like I mentioned before, you need to established this very early on aswell and keep her redemption progress paralell with the MC. Otherwise people will get only furious once she comes back to the story.

Is Harem planned or are the girls MC gonna fuck just a one-time thing ?

She will be all along the way in the game MC journey is parallel to hers, in many parts of the game you will see her point of view.
I don't see the point of taking her out of the equation just to bring her back later in a redemption arc.
And Harem is definitely planned.
I can also guarantee that there will be no time travel lol

What do you mean specific about "in many parts of the game you will see her point of view." ?
Also I recognise the model of the wife. Would be a shame of her being wasted since she wont have sex scenes with MC. Perhaps you can switch her with a other model and give this to a another character ?

It seemed you didnt planned Incest but saw people like it, well thats easy to guess lol. I hope you dont force it in because people want it. Would be kind of a bummer when it could ruin a revange story. I for me part can clearly see a decent incest story how either the sister or mother will be interested towards MC after he got single again.

There is a part for example where you can see the dialogue between her (The wife) and her mother and sister.
There will be sex scenes with the wife but not early on, as that will makes no sense story wise.
Also the model of the wife is mostly custom so if there is a similar model it was not intentional.

Hm. I could have sworn I saw it somewhere... But it could be that they just look similar from the angel of these two only pictures we saw. Welp, and if it was the case who cares. There are dozen of game who use the same models from the store lol.

I guess I will wait and see how the first public release will be since Im not aware how you will treat the wife in this story.

I have good feeling with this. It seems you got the gist of what people might trigger and you also understand how avoid that. Great! I cant remember the name of a Harem manga I was reading some time ago where the MC got cheated by his wife and this in chapter one. The scene never was shown, only as he opened the door and saw her on the other guy naked, and thats it. After that the focus was all about MC focusing on the other girls.

If its like that or the pic you shoved just now I cant wait to give this game a go.
Im also really interested where you will go with the wife. Do you want to have the wife a redemtion path ? Did you want the reader have the option to "forgive" her ? Or do you want her to treated like shit and let her in the rain while MC has his time of his life now ? Im really curious to know what you have already planned.
