Honestly, AI technology is only convenient for people who really don't know how to draw to create images quickly, from their point of view. But for me, I can render 3d and render a 3d image as I like, I have the following comment.
_ Time to fine-tune model selection, Promt, controlnet, parameters to produce a satisfactory image is sometimes equal to, or even slower than, building an eroctic model with another program.
- A model, scene, finished editing, just need to change the camera angle, and continue to render, the work after that is much lighter and still produce the same model and image. But with AI to rotate a different angle, the face remains the same as the original, as well as being able to do a desired pose, it is an extremely difficult thing, and even impossible to do because you have to Depends on what your AI model has.

That's why after playing AI from chat to making images, I find it can be applied to make a field to apply to work faster, but if it is applied to a large project, it is too inconvenient. Not to mention, once you're done, you won't even have your project files to edit.
I don't know what the future holds, but at the moment, although AI can do a lot of things, it still can't replace designers and artists. Not to mention what it knows to copy and paste, as well as edit from samples of creators' images then mock it up according to a programmed formula rather than thinking it should do it on its own, so The current AI is just the beginning
---saying that, it took a lot of hard drive space to start, but to test it, it took several hundred gb of hard drive space :(

Real artists are still mandatory, no matter how much you think AI can generate 'perfect' images; nothing beats the original. After all, where do you think generated images come from in the first place if not from original artists? Remove the source, and AI becomes useless or outdated. It's as simple as that.

Just 'git gud' that's your only way. Practice, practice, practice. (By the way, you are already a good artist!)

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but AI can only generate and not edit. Here's where artists shine, as they can do it even better.

AI is undoubtedly useful in many ways, but it's definitely not life-threatening or occupation-threatening.

This also applies to music and other creative pursuits. Think of AI as a sort of mod for Skyrim, changing the base but unable to alter the original.

I personally am not worried about the upcoming hype and possibilities; on contrary, it needs to be embraced, its useful, it can teach. Problem is not the AI it's the people who misuse it. For instance, I have heard and seen cases where people generate random art using AI and claim it as their own, pretending they created it themselves.. Ai is more of a supplement and enhancive tool, rather than a complete replacement for the original tools of artists, musicians, and others in creative fields.

I have tried AI myself, and I must say, there's no need to worry about it for at least the next 10 years. It's just another trend, a hype that will eventually calm down. People will adapt and continue with their lives as usual.

Also, let's look on the brighter side; AI will bring more job opportunities.

PS. But speaking on the actual topic, I would say, no, AI poses no significant threat and certainly won't cause a complete shift. AI does have its limitations. People possess boundless imagination. The limitations I mentioned earlier refer to the points I stated above. For instance, if an amateur who can't draw creates a porn game using AI-generated images, good for them. AI-generated content is more suitable for individuals who struggle with drawing, are looking for shortcuts, or face financial challenges when hiring artists. However, there will be noticeable flaws in AI-generated content, something that artists tend to be obsessed with fixing.

This shit almost sounds like: does size matters lol :ROFLMAO:
