So the vault 69 is very similar to the one in the lore ? 1,000 women and one man ?
Whats the goal of this game on the story level ? Like is the plot centered inside the Vault with different factions or is it just a dating sim where MC snacks on one girl after another like the great overseer wants it to be ? (I like both)
I like the artstyle and I like the big boobs. Are people really mad about this ? I mean I get it, even for me there is something to much (Im talking to you Emperor of Huge Titties), but this is just premium boob size.
When I look at the Cafe Lady, Vault Security Chief or the Vault Doctor I dont see it as "to big" but more of perfect breed material...and in Vault 69 thats what we need

Now im interested. I never checked the game out since I didnt liked the artstyle. Because there is the pic with a guy called eric banging some chick, there is also some mentionings about NTR and a MMF with him...but then I looked at the patreon.
Holy moly, we speaking of E-Thot level money making. I never saw somebody making so much money.

plus, i'm relatively sure if the dev didn't like big tits, maybe they just wouldn't draw big tits at all.

... i just realized summertime saga is actually listed as one of the inspirations for this game. doesn't change my opinion or anything, i just didn't realize it

Thats already looking detailed lol.
But perhaps a X-ray photograph but I dont see where you wanna squeeze them in.
Perhaps a Stimpak on the desk and some other medical equipment in the shelf in the background ?.
A PC on the desk but that would probably block the beautiful Doc with in her beautiful chest and we cant have that.
Perhaps I would change the color of the shelves ? Because they look its the kitchen and not the Medic Room.

I like the concept, not enough vault-tec inspired games are on here.
The art is also pretty good, it's somewhat distinct and more importantly not godawfull or very odd looking.
