TL;DR
Looking for next VN to play, I liked only Nothing is Forever and Goodbye Eternity so far.

I just finished Nothing is Forever. I played GE, AC, Android Life aaaand I think that's that. I mean I played a lot more but they're either bad, or took me 30 minutes to finish so I don't even bother mentioning. Here's my thoughts so far about VN's:
1. NiF had best writing from all the VN I played, nothing comes even close... For the first time I saw lines that I could actually imagine being said in real life
2. Also was the most adult, everything other I tried more or less but sadly falls into category of "things that I would write if I tried to do VN when I was 14". Too often I feel like reading a script made by someone who never interacted with real woman :/
3. Real topics (the leak issue for example) and not some magical potion bullshit. I don't mean that it has to be 100% realistic, I'm fine with fantasy, sci fi, whatever. But if we go for school setting, don't make me safe a world?
4. Femdom, duh - although I need to test in future NG+ because my first attempt resulted in too humiliating kind - I prefer aftercare, gentle style. Not a requirement 100% though, might be vanilla (just not maledom)
5a. Not a fan of that 3d engine tbh, it's better than bad drawing (I'd put it sliiightly better than Another Chance) but if it had Goodbye Eternity art... Nothing beats the first sex scene of that game. But I don't expect another original art (cause I'd find it on my own after spending sometimes hours every day browsing vndb, f95 and others) so I think the best scenario would be...
5b. Live2D or whatever is the thing called? Kajiu Princess, or what all the Vtubers use - actually I wonder why it's not that broadly used? I am tempted to force GPT to spill me some script, hook up that thing to make some nice animations and pics etc., and make more pleasant to look at VN than I'd say 80% of latest updates ;_;
5c. Icha Icha Steady is the closest thing to what would be perfect VN in terms of looks... if for some goddamn reasons it didn't switched to ugly 2d drawings for sex scenes. I know it's not possible to do H-scene with those models probably, but I'd rather have to imagine them than to watch those stupidly oversized breasts drawings from weird angles.
6. Pacing - I hate opening the game and be greeted by Heroine begging to fuck her. Nothing is forever was pretty good at it. GE handled it nicely as well, satisfying thirst for erotic scene by showing some masturbation instead. Let me meet the characters at least a little before I giving me "fuck her? yes/no" screen
7. Choices - there's no coincidence probably that those 2 most mentioned by me games are also ones with a lot opposite parts - I guess maybe it's due to fact, that if a dev team manages to implement Maledom and Famedom into one game, with one Hero, it means they are competent enough to make other things work well too. So yeah - I like them. But I don't need as complex (although I really enjoy it!) system as NiF with all the stat points and traits. Give me kinetic novel, that throws one but meaningful and nice choice every hour and I'd be satisfied as well.
8. Lenght - in perfect world my perfect game would be endless, like a TV show, 13 seasons and still rolling. I know there's nothing like that, but at least let it be long enough to "last" at least few days of 2-4h sessions everyday? But don't mistake it for... bloatiness. Coming back to point 1. - i want real conversations, not a single reply to consist 5 pages of text...
What do you suggest to pick up next? (if you're bored you can write the points that the game has or is lacking of, like "1,3,6,7")
Do you think something might slip under my radar in my extensive (and I mean it, trust me) search?
