Identify A Town Uncovered 0.17c stuck in the parallel universe

Hey people. I was playing A Town Uncovered on my Android device and then Main Quest changed to wait messages from some girl which name I don't remember and then (SPOILERS AHEAD) at night she message player to go to lake and there we see a girl from The Ring that unfortunately dives down the river and I chosen Go save that motherfucker (even if we're real mother fuckers, literally).

So here, in the fucked up city from alternate universe, me trying to get what to do. Is this game has final? I tired every single object in game.

By the way, the store right after the Hendai store is working incorrectly and it's owner acts with "stuff" text.
