It doesn't do anything when you load the previous version

Hello... I am looking into this now, someone else reported this late last nite.. I think the work around might be to load the external save file into last version of the game, then save it to the cache and open the new html and load from cache.. this will update the cached save to the new version...
I am going to see if I can work out what has gone wrong.. Are you able to message me your save file.. It might help me to see if I am unable to recreate the issue myself..

One think I would save about the cached saves (if you have not used any tools to delete them), some browsers are really funny about the html file.. if its a different name or location, it does not see it as the same game and therefore does not link it up with old cache save... I think firefox might have done that... I use chrome and that is a bit more relaxed with the file name etc..

will release a updated patch file asap to fix the loading file issue

Ok I think I have solved the issue... literally changed a 4 to a 5 one time in the code!!!!! But what confusing is that this is not something I had changed, and I am not really sure why / how it worked before without it being a 5.. but anyways...
I am just giving it a quick test over.. and will put the patch on the front page (and in thread).

This is a browser game, refreshing or mistakenly clicking any bookmark and returning to the game should not affect the current process. But in this game, everything starts from the beginning and if you don't save very often, you just lose what you played so far.

I understand the point you are making.. but I cant be writing to the save cache on every click you make without it slowing the whole process down massively and also hammering your hard drive..
Also if I was to implement some kinda auto save process that say saved every 10 steps you make or every 24 hours in game.. I will have people complaining that they went down a path, decided they did not like it, but cant go back to their last save as its now been over written also...
It's kinda a no win situation...

This v0.651 patch fix only addresses the issues with the loading old save files.. So if you dont use that feature then you dont really need this patch. But no harm in getting it either!

my bi stat seems to be dead. I've done the 'pay with sexual payment' thing a few of times, first couple did increase the bi stat but it's not anymore, and the wild aunt quest says my bi stat is 0.

to increase bi.. try watching certain vids on the laptop.. its the cuck and trans ones...

Have you stalked her house a few times?
its been a while.. but the quest comes to a halt once you look up the instructor place on your laptop..
if you have got that far, you are not missing anything.. I will make sure that once I build some more steps that this step is working...

Saves disappearing in incognito mode is normal, that's the feature of the incognito mode: leave no traces of what the user was doing, including game saves in browser storage.

As for the game not working outside of the incognito mode, it's usually a problem with browser addons messing with the game's code too much. Try disabling some of them.
