I've been to this site a couple of times before to see what the site is like. I'm impressed with the amount of content on here beyond just games, but the mods made for games already completed or still in development. I'm quite picky with my games, and I typically don't play games that are in development, but if they're games that are basically complete and are adding post-game stuff/ironing out bugs then I'd play those too.
