Played this game a while ago where you're a guy who works for the mob or something like that. A dude owns the mob money, and as payment his milf wife is pretty much "lent out" to your character over a period of time. On top of that, the MC had a hereditary supernatural trait that makes women enjoy his physical touch to a ludicrous level, especially his dick. Basically some sort of incubus.
