-Most games made by Illusion (same dev as Honey Select 2, Koikatsu) (Example: RoomGirl)
-Custom Order Maid 3D 2 (not as interactive but pretty much like the first Honey Select)
-Summer~Life in the Countryside~ (2D Third Person)
-NTR Legend, NTRaholic (you play as the bull) (2D Third Person)
You can also use this site's advanced search, choose "search threads", then under prefixes, scroll down to "Engine" and click on "Unity" and then hold Ctrl key on your keyboard and click "Unreal Engine" to highlight both. Games made with them are usually live interactive.
If you have a thing for Japanese games, like 2 of the 3 you've mentioned, then in advanced search's "search threads", put in "japanese game" in the Tags section. (Combine this process with the previous paragraph if you want.)
