Identify 2D platformer with Bayonetta-esque clothes fighting dressed kinda like Taki

Hey all. I used to watch out for a game that was into development. I was thinking that it may have been completed or on the cusp or completion if lucky. It was a 2D platformer with a very chesty MC that looked like how Taki in soul calibur dressed but the clothes are used in attacks like in bayonetta. I want to say the dev was going by 'pi-ero' but that could be off. Memory isn't what it's used too but hoping someones aware of the game i speak of.

Nevermind! I found it after getting a random thought while on the jon at work to look on dlsite.
