Even the Nurse could be added into here with the store lady, since we are never told if they are married or have children and they both could be young enough to be closer to the sister's age rather than the mother's age.
So that is Five genuine Milfs, One Fantasy Milf, Two Maybe-Milfs and Three Teenager/Young Adult. If we do that kind of math, it is only half Milf. And the grandma counts as a Gilf, not a Milf.
And this game is really more like the incest self-pedo version (you are the kid) of Sex in the City. So having more women, even lolis wouldn't be a bad idea and it would not water it down, because unless Chilly includes more women in it, the maximum amount of genuine milf is only half of the total females present. If anything if the grandma is going to be included, there is needs to be another non-Milf/Gilf character, which can easily be Amanda. You only have about four possible lolis you could include, Amanda/Amandine + Mrs. Amos's daughter + the two additional girls you see in the school's playground. That is not that much. And in the original UrbanXLife, you could fuck a loli (Amanda/Amandine). So it isn't really "lore" breaking to include lolis.
More is always better. If you think otherwise, then you have problems, because you are not forced and it is not an issue. Yes sometimes more is in fact less, such as adding all of that nonsense in the Hobbit. However, in a game, more is always better, especially if you can avoid the parts you don't like.
