Can your game glitch if you use cheat points? because I've been stuck in some playthroughs where I can't progress with Emma, as in I can't even ask for a glass of fucking water.

You game won't glitch if you use cheats to restore ONLY that amount of relation points you have lost. For example if you have 180 relation with particular woman and your score drops to 170 points because of your actions, then it's pretty safe to rise your score from 170 to 180 using cheats.
As for the glass of water - that question was asked and answered too many times in this thread. Just use the search on the top right (as shown in my signature).
Yea, I figured that it was probably due to me going to her before talking to Kelly, btw how exactly can a char glitch out if I use cheats to improve the relation? does it make it so some scenes are unreachable?

When you increase you relation with cheats there is a big chance that your game will skip some parts of the code where some other variables change. This may lead to a wide range of glitches later in the game.

must say, I enjoy the quality of game but have to say, game is unplayable right now I feel, buttons seem extra sensitive to me, meaning when you have two options, it doesn't take much mouse movement to highlight a option, but therefore its easier to highlight both options at same time.
Also the current day text is interfering with the Journal button that provides help tips, and also the button that brings up chart with each woman, current score and there location, yes I forget the name of button next to journal.
Now maybe this is just me due to screen resolution I use, which is 1280x1024 (max I have), but I do find it unplayable as its gets frustrating trying to click on the Journal and button next to it, have to carefully position mouse until text shows and hold mouse steady till you click on button.
I enjoy the game, I think the graphics are amazing and animation quality + options during sex scenes is among the best I ever seen in games, but sadly this button issue needs a fix A.S.A.P.

Except, like he said, its there and I used it to great effect. I understand what you are saying, but different strokes for different folks dude. The one he pointed out has great little asides (ex. progress Kelly Line). I am not saying the official walk-through is bad, I just wanted one for the characters separately, and I got what I wanted.

I had same problem. It seems to be a permission problem - execute right is missing:
To solve open Terminal and change to directory where you have extracted the file
cd <directory>/TheTwist024MAC.app/Contents/MacOS
chmod a+x TheTwist024MAC
Now it works
Not with Emma, Her progress is tied to other event triggers. But in cases where dealing with Mom and Julia, yes accelerating points PAST the number you have already achieved without cheating can cause you to skip some scenes that will be required to be done later on in the story. Seems to be mostly about the Anal scenes oddly enough.
I'm glad you got what you wanted...But I bet of you try to start the game over and follow that Character walkthrough (not using your current memory of game play) you will quickly see what it is I'm talking about.
You will either get stuck and not know what to do or you will spend a lot of time scrolling between characters to get the timeline and event flags where they need to be to complete the first character you started with.
And usually when people try to follow those they come here and complain that the walkthrough isn't good because they can't proceed due to ignoring some other character on page 4 while trying to complete the quests of character on page 1!
I mean you are free to play and cheat anyway you want...
But a TRUE Walkthrough takes you progressively through each event in the order they need to be completed while these character scripts are more like cheat sheets and add Window scrolling to the gameplay because you need to read character 4's script in order to complete character 1's story.

I was more interested in the BJ. I didn't recall any BJ at night by the pool. I went back and played this again to find it. You must start first with Danielle to get the BJ. I always start with Janice. Love them TITS.
