Eric's infleunce over Alice needs to be high, over 80 I think. Then visit Alice's room on wednesday, after dinner. It's possible that Alice has to model for Eric a couple of times before, I don't remember.
It happens when Eric has a high influence over Alice and after you've seen 5-6 scenes of her modeling lingerie then almost nude for Eric. So you have to keep him around for awhile. I just got it on mine and Eric's influence over Alice was 85%. I'm keeping him around while I try to do Olivia route since it keeps mom out of the house.
If I remember correctly, you throw the spider in the morning after peeking at Alice from outside, so you can only do it before Aunt Kira shows up.

Okay eventually I got the scene at the pool with Kira where you can request the "you and Lisa" alone time in Lounge. I had done most of the steps required but turns out I did one of the wrong;

You should go on LisaGF route. After night training with Kira be sure to have each sexual activity at least 3 (maybe four) time. Then ask Lisa to go pantyless, then ask Kira about going further.

yea, i start from the the same point too, but now you got me thinking....
I will try to initiate the scene with lower mood for Lisa, something in the expresion of her face makes me think she isn't very happy in those 2 extra pics...
