I wrote once at past who could made this and who could help her.
There is still a chance my theory was tin foil hat theory and Kiiara has not tried to kill/badly hurt Katrine for becoming close to mc

Normally I'm not one to shy away from a woman because of some simple scars (I love Maeve's look), but there's something about the combination of the scars here and that purple hair that are a flat turnoff.She does not look that bad if you look closer

It's been a while since I've played, but this IS just a theory at the moment right? The primary supporting evidence being the comparison of their eyes being so similar?
While I admit it's compelling and could certainly be true, we have no official in game confirmation nor from the dev as of now, right? If there was official confirmation somewhere then I must have missed it.

God I hope so. The dev can't just introduce a super cute girl and then turn both her appearance and personality into a completely different person. If that was indeed the case, should have used a more generic DAZ model to begin with. But then again, what do you expect from a Yandere? they won't allow us to have nice thing

Only things we have know are clues:
Kiiara was stalking and following mc everywhere, when she appeared in Katrine's doors asking about mc Katrine has send message if mc knows her.
Then letters and words Katrine was writing was unreadable like someone tried to took phone from her hands using force.
Messages to mc which Katrine was asking about Kiiara was deleted.
All of this can be seen on game screens
