1. Iwara is unusable to me lately.
It used to work perfectly a while ago but for a long time now it just doesn't work:
- try to sort videos by views or likes...blank. - manually navigate to a users page and play a video it freezes every couple of seconds even on 360p... it's insane

2. Used to go to a site called ehMMD. It had a lot of videos but they were only in 360p, you had to use some credits to view in HD.
Slightly inconvenient but hey it worked at least... until it got nuked. (They were posting videos without consent from the creators i think)

3. On PornHub there were some channels uploading regularly some stuff. Those got nuked as well.

4. Currently just browsing regular porn sites for mmd stuff but it's a pain to find stuff when it's not labeled properly.

So assuming I would like to avoid having a stash on my harddrive is there a magical online place I don't know about ?
Or is there some voodoo shit I could do about Iwara ?

I use Oreno3D just to browse and find stuff, but that goes back to iwara which tends to work for me 90% of the time. Other then that I try and download stuff since MMD is fairly niche.

I think Iwara is the only reliable place to watch it though I just download all the vids I want to watch. I then follow the creator's fantia or socials in case they dont post full vids or their work on iwara anymore. oreno3d for searching vids or check the trending videos or wanting to find all of the past work of a creator in case the creator deletes videos on their iwara page. I also use

too for looking at new works. 4chan used to have people share direct download links to premium content but dont seem to do that anymore due to some moderation issues I think

BTW let me know/put a link here if someone makes a request thread for all the video sharing separate from ACTUAL discussion

go to his fantia all his vids are free and the full version and is where he posts his new work

As others have said, use Oreno3D for browsing and Iwara for watching. I also check out creators' fantia pages since a lot of them post their stuff for free so long as you have an account and you subscribe to the free/0 dollar plan.
The admin of Iwara has said that they're updating stuff and it's still a work in progress, and apparently how fast the site is depends on which server you're on at the time. Iwara currently has 3 servers, and one of them is extremely slow because it's the oldest one they have while the other two are faster. As far as I know there's no way to check which server you're on, though.
